Hi,
I have a few questions. I am allergic to dairy and soy.
I am still trying to learn what I can and can't have.
I thought some of you experienced ones can help me out.
Can I have tofutti? If anyone has some recipes I would greatly appreciate it. You can send them to my e-mail address privately if you need to.
I have noticed that I can't use rice milk for some reason.
If anyone can help me with that, I would appreciate it.
