I know you posted this a while ago, but just in case you are having similar issues and trying to stay dairy free.

I'm not a vegan, but my daughter can't digest milk proteins so I'm well versed on what is dairy and what is not.

Smart Balance has dairy.
McDonalds French fries have dairy.
you need to check for whey (its from milk) and print a list of hidden dairy ingredients.

Good luck and be sure to always check nutritional info on food, it can change.
