My grandaughter also has to carry an epi-pen as she
only has to be touched by a dairy product and has
severe uticaria (giant hives). She has a severe
asthma attact and other bodily reactions if she
ingests any dairy product. For years Duncan Hines
dairy free cake mix was a "God sent" solution. Our
family was able to keep prebaked cake and cupcakes in the freezer to send to birthday parties, etc. Now we can't find Duncan Hines dairy free cake mixes. The Duncan Hines Extra chocolate Brownie Mix carries a "U" on the box. I'm going to write Duncan Hines a letter asking about their cake mix.
I hope many more will contact Duncan Hines about
returning to a dairy free cake mix.
