I am a renal dietitian working in Wilmington, Delaware. I just found this product you might be interested in. From its website..."An 8 ounce serving of DairyDelicious® has half the phosphorus (116 mg / 8 ounces) and half the potassium (197 mg / 8 ounces) of regular 2% milk. DairyDelicious supplies 120 calories and 6 grams of high biologic value (HBV) dairy protein in each 8 ounce serving. Furthermore, DairyDelicious has half the calcium of regular milk and is not fortified with Vitamin D." I accessed this website July 26, 2006: http://www.dairydelicious.com/public/includes/page.asp?page=4&bhcp=1 Hope this helps! I'm going to try it for my patients!
