Have you tried Guitard (sp) Chocolate chunks? I have used them with my son and they are quite good. I have also used Bakers semi-sweet chocolate chunks... also good. Check the bag to make sure you have the right ones... they also make a dairy version but the semi-sweet have checked out when I cheked the ingredients. All grocery stores don't carry them, but they tend to be cheaper than buying from a specialty store. Gluten free cookies... hmm.. care to share the recipe? I hear casien free/gluten free helps with ADD.....
