It must be rough for you as those are not the big nine allergens. Avoidance and Epi pens are the only treatment for food allergies at this time. My daughter is allergic to milk, eggs, tree nuts and peanuts. We have not been out to eat since we found out and we make bread and bakery items from scratch to avoid cross contamination. Please hang in there. I know it can be terribly frustrating especially at first. You can visit www.foodallergy.com - most of the information is for the more common food allergies. You might try posting your story on the discussion boards at peanutallergy.com They have many people with multiple allergies and those individuals might be able to help you adjust. I will keep your son in my hopes and prayers.
