Galaxy Nutritional Foods has Rice based cheese in shreds, slices, and blocks. It is lactose and soy free, and it actually tastes and melts much better than the soy cheese alternatives out there. You can usually find it in health food stores (Whole Foods has it), and sometimes in the natural or organic section of your supermarket. Best of luck!
