I just tried Follow Your Heart/Angel's Earthkind Kitchen's vegan cheddar alternative. The label was blue and had the tagline "It Melts!" printed toward the bottom. I made the macaroni & cheeze recipe from La Dolce Vegan and thought I had died and gone to heaven. It came out thick and creamy like actual cheese sauce.
I would give this product a good review, for this kind of recipe at least. I think it's a bit watery if you just grate it and melt it.
