My son was allergic to bothe milk and soy when he was that age.. He is 4 noe and has been able to introduce soy but he is still allergic to all milk proteins. Some suggestions: Rice dream is a brand of milk that is milk/soy free. IT is made with organic rice curds. Sounds nasty but it is sweet and my son loves it. Most health food stores will have what you are looking for and here is a link to a dairy free site:
