Subject:         vegan and broken jaw

I am trying to find ideas for a friend of mine who is a vegan and has his jaw
wired shut for recovery from a severe jaw fracture. My list so far includes:

Soy protein shakes mixed with soymilk and frozen fruit in the blender
dairy free yogurt mixed wtih soymilk to make it drinkable
oat bran
cream of wheat
oatmeal in a blender
veggie based soups - bean soups/chunky soups gone through a blender
kashi go lean drinks

Any more ideas? I want to make sure he gets enough fat because those ideas
aren't very fatty. Any way to make nuts/peanut butter processed down
enough that he could eat it?
