Yes and no. Depending on what type of milk you are drinking. Raw milk contains lactase enzymes which help the body digest lactose.
The problem with milk isn't milk--it's the milk industry, the processing, and the quality control standards.
Do some research on raw (unpasteurized, unhomogenized) milk--the only real milk there is!
