Cattle with different genetics have different cassein types, some of which act metabolically different in the human body. Not all cassein is bad. The problem with milk isn't milk--it's the milk industry, the processing, and the quality control standards.
Do some research on raw (unpasteurized, unhomogenized) milk--the only real milk there is!
