Hey guys! I've got a strange question here that I was hoping someone could help me out with. For the past two months, I've refrained from eating meat, eggs and dairy due to some recent health issues. However, this week I decided to eat a few meals that had dairy products in them (cheese, namely.) Usually after a few hours (I'm assuming once the food has been digested) I experience cramps, bloating, and other not-so-pleasant stomach problems. Is it possible that my body has now become accustomed to not having to digest dairy products and is therefore inable to do so? Could my abstinence from dairy products caused me to become lactose intolerant? Any answers, opinions etc. you have on this matter would be greatly appreciated. Much thanks, Rebecky
