It is quite expensive, however, it's worth it when you need something that melts. You just have to mete it out more carefully due to the cost. But compared to other non-dairy cheeses, this one actually has some flavor! I could only find the "gouda" and one other flavor, and I completely disagree about the saltiness factor. I found it to be as salty as any dairy cheese. Unfortunately, my local store stopped carrying it. When I asked them, however, they agreed to order it (by the case - which runs just over $50-with discount) for me, since the company's Web site indicated that you can only buy it from stores. Oh well, at least now I can make a decent pizza, calzone, omelet (I still eat free-range eggs), etc.
