Has anybody ever tried to make Maizena (atol: it's sort of a corn-starch pudding beverage) with soymilk instead of cow's milk? I'm hesitant b/c I tried to make pudding using rice milk one time and it didn't gel. Now, of course, I realize that this wasn't the brightest thing to do because rice milk is extremely thin. I don't want to waste a quart of soymilk since it's a bit more expensive than regular milk.
