Yeah! This stuff is excellent! The only negatives can be overcome; i.e. a little salt might help and it's a little weak in flavor.

Being lactose intolerant all my life & not having cheese ( a real ove of mine ) for years, I was tickled to find Soy Moon Mozzarella Cheese. I haven't tried the others yet.

I would suggest adding a some lactose free margarine.

Now I can have REAL CHEESE BURGERS & PIZZA again!
