| | Subject: | Can you put Kefir starter in soymilk? | |
Date: | January 4, 2006 at 3:28 pm PST |
Hi, It's been recommended to me that I start drinking Kefir (some sort of fermented mix that you put in whole milk) to help with a chronic sleep problem. Obviously I don't want to do the milk part. I have heard you can put the starter in coconut water, and I'd do it, except that means fussing (more like fighting) with a coconut! So I'm wondering if it can be mixed into soy milk instead? Thanks for any info. RS
