have a soy allergy. I read labels like crazy. If I should eat something with the oil or lethicin, depending on how much is in the product, I get a reaction.
In fact last night nothing I ate had any soy in it until I ate some fudge. In time later I got a reaction. I didn't read the label and when I did it had soy lethicin in it. I'm seeing my allergist today and my reaction is still with me.
