Subject:         Protein Shake

Protein Shake (dairy-and-soy-free)

2 cups rice milk or nut milk
1 scoop rice protein powder
1 banana
1 Tbs nutritional yeast (optional)
1 Tbs maple syrup or other sweetener
1 tsp vanilla or other flavoring
4 ice cubes

Blend all in blender until smooth.
Serve immediately.
Store any leftovers in fridge.
