Hi there. I had the exact same problem with my son while i was nursing and also he still has the sensitivity to dairy and soy now at 23 months old. Once i learned what had dairy in it, it was so much easier. Also i don't know if you know soybean oil and soy lethicin are okay to have with soy sensitivity or allergy. I learned this from the allergist after i had been staying away from that for months so that helped add foods. We use rive milk to substitute milk in everything. It is great, you can also find margarine that is lactose free made with soybean oil which is okay or use olive oil so you are getting fats too. Good luck with this! Winona
