Thank you for mentioning Duncan Heins isn't dairy free anymore. I have to be real careful a bout that myself since both our girls and I are allergic to dairy. I try baking my own cakes at home. Sometimes it comes out o.k. and other times they come out too doughey. My recipe for carob cake seems to work fine but I don't have a lot of success with the other ones. Sue
