My son was diagnosed with an allergy to soy as well as milk. We are looking for alternatives for margarine and butter. (We aren't vegan BTW.) I have read some very disturbing reports on canola oil, so I would really like to not use it. Right now we are using olive oil and corn oil in our baking but everything seems to be literally "falling apart". Help! Baby boy is wanting bread.
