Hi Susan, Not only do most of the commercial ones have casein in them, they all taste, at best so-so, and at worst positively horrid! A few folks here have mentioned "Follow your heart" brand as being very good, but that is not available in this part of the US, and I've never tried it. Additionaly, these products are pricey $$$. The good news is that there are some FABULOUS uncheese recipes out there, that taste positively GREAT, and are cheap and easy to make. One of the best cookbooks is "The Uncheese Cookbook" by Joanne Stepaniak. See if you can borrow that from your library ... it's got recipes for everything from rich gooey grilled "cheeze" sandwiches to cheese sauces for potatoes and the like to parmesan substitutes. Every recipe I've tried from this book I really love!! Brenda
