I'm not sure what sizes it comes in but I get a large can of it (frozen). It fills my KitchenAid
mixing bowl to the top. (!)

My mother gets it through the school system - those little dollops of whipped topping on the
kids' jello and puddings are usually non-dairy...

I do remember them having a website if you do a search. Not sure if you can buy it online,
but it may give store locations that carry it. (My mother and I split a case.)

It is a cross between what I remember whipped cream and cool whip being....

I agree with the other poster - Toffuti Better Than Sour Cream is great! My family enjoys it
on potatoes, in dips, anywhere dairy sour cream is called for.

There was also a whipped topping called HipWhip - not sure if it's still available. I didn't find
it anywhere as close to Rich's. It was more brown in color (rich's is white) and had a bit of a
sweet oatmeal taste to it....
