Thank you for your honesty but you do not know my entire history. I came here for advice, help trying to make it through this very tough time while breastfeeding my child and I guess you didn't feel the need to help accept to tell me what I already know. I've been to therapist after therapist trying to figure out why I have such severe food phobias that leave me throwing up certain foods and doing so entirely beyond my control. The one thing I do know is my daughter DOES get the nutrients she needs from me breastfeeding whether I eat good or not...there's lots of evidence out there to prove that and many doctors who have backed me up on that. I knew this was a mistake coming to a vegetarian board for help.
