I know this was written a long time ago but I just now saw it. This is what I do with my soymilk maker. use only 3/4 cups of soybeans and add 20-30 almonds during the soaking. When it's done grinding, I filter it through a cheesecloth and than I add my sweeteners. I use 1 and a half Tablespoons of Sucanat (natural sugar cane granuals) and a 1/2 -1 Tablespoon of regular sugar. Oh, I almost forgot I use a pinch of sea salt also. Sometimes I add just the tiniest bit of vanilla and or almond extract also. I hope you see this and are able to try it. I swear it is good and my kids throw a fit when my husband tries to give them Cow's milk. Enjoy!
