I've recently tried the fake Feta and it was absolutely delicious! Feta was one of the cheeses I really missed, more than any other, and have always been disappointed with recipes attempting to imitate it.

I'm a bit worried now that someone else said Soy Moon cheezes aren't vegan. I was sure I checked the ingredient list thoroughly, but now I'm doubting myself. I would have sworn the Fake Feta was vegan... but, now I'm going to have to check again... and if it isn't, I'll cry. :(
