They should use such an agrument to increase the drinking of water. I know too many people that won't drink plain water, but most drink soda or fruit juice. Many adolescents require eight or more glasses of fluid a day. If they take most of this fluid in as beverages other than water they are taking in additional calories (I don't feel diet beverages are a healthy choice.) Children and adolescents need to have plenty of water to drink. Young children will ready drink water as a beverage. We have to stop the effect of advertizing and insist that water is the prefect beverage at any age. Excess milk will make one fatter than excess juice or soda so one can't be substituted for the other.
