I would like to point out that there is a recipe for coconut whipped cream and a chocolate sauce made with homemade hazelnut milk from Martha Stewart!

But I wonder...if you can make butter from milk and you can make hazelnut milk then maybe one can make hazelnut butter that replaces dairy butter?
