I have the original uncheese cookbook, but I looked at the new one and it is soooooo much better even though it is basically the same and updated somewhat. But it has good pictures and stuff. And some of the recipes are better. And I'm going to get it now, but I have to wait for more money. But now I can't wait and I feel like I need it NOW! Even though I never use the original book! Isn't life funny like that?
