Rice Milk,,,, is great,,,, and if you try taking a hand full of almonds and putting them in a
blender with some distelled water there you have it some of the best milk on earth for you,,, Soy has many phytoestrogen properties too it.. Rice is great Rice Dream oh yea oh yea.. haha Peace
