The soy milk I used is fortified with B12(among other things), plus the kids get it from other sources. When at age 9 my daughter decided to be vegan, I did a lot of research on B12 and found that most people who suffer B12 defiecencies are on extremely strict diets, not just lack of dairy. I weaned my baby to table food and soy milk. He will be 2 next month and is fine. Christina
