My son, 8, has been severly allergic to milk all his life. He carries and Epi Pen everywhere. I have found Fleischman's Light margarine to be milk-free. I am having a tough time finding a way to make casseroles. I haven't been successful in finding a cream soup substitute. Do you have any suggestions?
