Silk creamer is the best non dairy creamer out there todate
I also use it to make "ice cream" and its great in baking. I love using it to make pudding like fillings for cakes instead of custards., like a dark choclate filling
I also used it to make a vanilla custard totally vegan for a boston cream pie ( cake) and it was amazing
it makes a very rich pudding
use any choclate dairy free pudding mix they have organic ones..I add a bit more dark coco powder and vanilla sometimes dark chopped bakers chocolate sometimes if i want it very thick for a filling I ll add a bit more cornstarch or arrowroot to the dry ingredients
I really like SILKS new ENHANCDED flavor soymilk its got all the extra calciam and omegas ect added and it tastes so much like milk its weird it tastes really good Ive used it to make A-crams add chocolate sryp and seltzer and stir.. great!
as far as ready made chocolate soy milk I find SILk too srypy like and over sweet and prefer the refriderated container of VITA SOY chocolate soy milk though I did by some small boxes of it and it was the same ., you know the aniseptic boxes that you dont have to refriderate till opened
but silk creamer is fantastic as the ENHANCED SILK soymilk great mouth feel body and taste very fresh and dairy like and its great to bake with too.
for mashed potatoes cheese like sauces though you must use the unsweeted kind with just soybeans and water as ingredients I get mine in a chines market its hormogined comes it a plastic container like dairy milk its very white and only has soy beans and water in it and it works perfectly no beany flavor..Im in NYC it has a green label its a local brand
