Read Diet for a New America by Robbins and listen to the lecture by McDougall on the front page of vegsource.
I know I don't have all my facts straight. But if you eat your veggies you'll probably get enough calcium.
Actually it was the smallest thing in McDougall's lecture that really stood at for me. Calcium is a mineral that comes from the ground. The cow doesn't produce the calcium.

I feel for you - my head is spinning. Am I getting enough calcium? B12? What about omega 3's or whatever it is.

And then once you learn it turns out maybe you should throw it out. Because we are all different!

Vicki
