This is a very bad question to ask on this board, Im sure that the majority of you are going to be one sided about this issue however I need an impartial answer to my question so if anyone out there can help here goes. Ive sustained a vegan diet for 3 years now - while I've experienced amazing physical benifits - and enjoyed the fatloss provided by a vegan diet - Ive been trying my hand at some muscle building and soy Protein powders havent really done anything amazing for me - Ive done a huge ammt of soy vs whey because I dont like animal in my body - and i dont want to experiment with the only body I have. Just wondering if anyone has had any experience with whey in place of soy for bodybuilding - im trying to put on lean muscle mass if that helps the possible answer to my question.
