i know that vegans can get enough calcium without taking a supplement, but how? i've found it so hard to consume my daily recommendation for calcium without taking a supplement. if anyone could give me some pointers i would appreciate it. also if i'm taking the supplement which fulfills my daily value do i still need to get calcium from food?
