You can try soy milk with your coffee. I've also heard that Coffee Mate does not contain any milk (I'm not sure about this. Does anyone else know if this is true?).

You will have to experiment with the various brands of soy milk available in the market because the flavouring is different for each brand. Some plain types will be sweeter/richer than others, similiar for vanilla flavoured soy milk. If you like plain soy milk, you can always purchase it at a local Chinese market.

When I eliminated milk from my diet, it took some time to adjust to the flavour of soy. At Starbucks/Second Cup you can get soy milk instead of milk in the speciality drinks (I think they charge 45 cents more).
