I use silk brand dark chocolate milk. I mix a scoop of unflavored soy protein powder in it, which I purchase @ Whole Foods Supermarket. Then, I mix 1 tablespoon of PB2 (Peanut Butter dehydrated powder) bought from certain GNC stores (general nutrition center). I put 8 ounces of the almond / dark chocolate silk milk in a shaker bottle, followed by the powders. If needing the drink to be thicker, I use a gel thickener called SIMPLY THICK..bought from their website. 2 to 3 pumps of the simply thick dispenser will turn the drink into a pudding, whereas, 1 pump will make the drink plenty thick. For a variation, smash a whole Bannana with a fork & put it in the shaker cup instead of PB2, then add HERSHEY brand dark chocolate syrup. Both make a delightful treat!
