I use a non-diary creamer that I buy at Trader Joe's. It's organic so, GMO free. It comes in a blue and white container in the refrigerated section, I think it's about a pint. It's also the best non-dairy creamer for coffee. Really. I've tried so many that taste like soy but this has a more bland flavor, not at all soy-like unless you add too much. We buy 6 to 8 at a time because we love it. I also use in it mashed potatoes or any place where you would ordinarily use a half and half type product.
