My son is allergic to all those things as well and then more. He likes goat butter but i find that it's hard to make any deserts. I use it mainly in cooking pastas. I use brown rice pastas and cashew butter in place of wheat and peanuts. It takes some getting used to but he likes it. I hope it helps and wish you the best!!
