Firstly lactose intolerance and a milk allergy are not the same thing. You do sound like your allergic though. I am allergic to cows milk I am able to eat milk based foods from other animals (goat and sheep are the only ones I have tried). I would suggest you stop consuming milk from any animals until you get your symptoms cleared up though and then gradually add things back in and give it a week to see if you have any flair ups. Try an elmination diet. Check ingredient lists of any prepared foods that you buy (its amazing where you will find milk). Hope this helps.
