I know how you feel. My daughter is 16 months old and since the day she was born she has had chronic constipation. We have changed specialist several times. The specialist at Texas Childrens Hospital wants to try no lactose free diet for a month and I am having a hard time with her eating the things that she can have. We have had alot of blood work and test done on her but everything comes back negative. I wish that there was a list of food that I could go by when I go grocery shopping.
