I'm 48 male in good health. For the last month I have experienced pressure in my ears and a very faint whooshing sound when the pressure builds. I thought it was an ear infection due to dirty ear plugs worn during motorcycle riding. I had Kaiser check it out, and it is not an infection but rather fluid behind the ears that is build up. Kaiser prescribed Pseudoephedrine to dry up the ear passages. It worked!!! Then, I ate a bowl of cereal this morning with WHOLE MILK. In about 15 minutes my ears plugged up and started to make the whooshing sound again. In hindsite, I switched to WHOLE MILK 1 month ago. My ear problem has been occuring for 1 month. Case solved :)

This has never happened to me b4, I've always consumed 2%
