I am on a dairy illimination diet too, my husband is lactose intollerant and Grace displayed the same simptions as your baby. I am really strict with my diet. It soun ds to me like you are not completely dairy free. Try to avoid all processed foods, fast foods, cakes and bisuits unless you can read all of the ingredients, there are a lot of hidden dairy additives in things, like whey powder, dried skimmed milk etc. My little girl can not cope with me eating bannanas or avacardo pear either. I also do not drink any caffinated drinks or eat chocolate as they exasipate her reflux. I know this sounds pretty radical but I am now a dress size smaller than I was pre pregnancy which is great!
