I have called the company...it is because of natural flavoring...minute traces may be in it. Notice it is not in the ingredients but under the allergy disclaimer "Contains: SOY" Unfortunately, my stores are not carrying it anymore...I bought SO much I am surprised they (the store) is discontinuing it!!!! HELP for a new one? Loving Aunt who loves to cook-Egg, Dairy, Peanut, TreeNut, Mustard/Sesame Seed, and Soy FREE
