Hmm. don't garbanzos have a little fat of their own? but that comes in the original package so to speak, not added. This soup really is a smart idea! And you could use up any bits of frozen veg's in the freezer (that ineviatble last 1/4 cup of collard greens in the bottom of the bag)!
