They stock Eden Organic no-salt-added canned beans (www.edenfoods.com)

also Health Valley no-salt-added canned soups (a division of Hain Celestial group 16100 Foothill Blvd. Irwindale CA 91706 (800) 423-4846

also Lundberg Family Farms salt-free organic brown rice cakes.

Keep in mind that most plain frozen veggies are no-salt-added.

I make most of my own food. I find that curry powder is a fantastic spice and I love to make curry flavored lentil soup. I also enjoy heavy doses of chili powder and heavy doses of regular black pepper. These spices make salt irrelevant. I also like Italian spicing: oregano, onion and garlic. Now I HATE the taste of salt. It makes it IMPOSSIBLE to eat out. The only thing I enjoy when eating out is a bowl of fresh fruit or salad. Everything else is too salty.
