I fit the write-ups, for sure, esp. the interest in health, diet, nutrition, fitness, etc., and that pesky, nagging, trying to "get it right", and oh...details, details, details, etc. Ha ha. Thanks. Your post was fun to find. I have made no further actual plans, but the thoughts of returning to FL are with me most of the time. Right now another daughter and I are on stand-by for my daughter in Nashville to call us that she is in labor, and we are going up to help out with her family (Daddy, a 6 yo son and a 10 yo daughter). Due date is 9/8. After that, I may go for an extended stay at the Creative Health Institute in Michigan and take a rest from child care and responsibilities, and just work on my "diet", health, and strength for a few weeks,--take some time out to ponder and meditate, then start really focusing on what to do next.
