Subject: Anyone live in Spokane Washington?

My DH and I will be moving to Spokane Washington in a couple of years to retire. We go there often and haven't been too successful at finding good vegan food there.

Can anyone that knows the area suggest area restaurants we can try on our next trip to Spokane? The only one we've found so far is a Mongolain BBQ restaurant.
